First our instructor Jamie welcomed us into the caravan and talked to us about what we would be learning. Then we had to wake the digital version of Harold up...
We had to think about all of things we need to be healthy. We did this all together and made a puzzle on the wall. We found out we need:
1. Water
2. Oxygen
3. Food
4. Sleep
5. Exercise
6. To keep clean
7. LOVE from friends and family
We watched a movie that talked about VARIETY. We learnt we need to eat a variety of foods to be happy and healthy. We helped Jamie point out all of the healthy foods we could see!
Then we had to create a food pyramid. We learnt we need to eat lots of food that comes from the ground, some food from animal and just a little bit of food from ingredients!
